As an architect, Brad has specialized in building envelope design and consulting for the past 20 years. He has held a senior management position at Cross 2 Design Group since its inception, recently taking over as firm owner and President. Brad oversees all projects, providing input and guidance to the project team. He specializes in multifamily projects, including new construction and remodeling. His past experience also includes consulting on commercial / office, retail, and single-family residential projects. Services include design / detailing development, oversight of envelope inspections and construction management, assisting with forensic investigations – including report and scope of work development. In his current role, Brad is responsible for business development, marketing, overseeing projects and staff, as well as interfacing with clients throughout the progression of projects.
