Hi! I am Brittany & have been a proud member of SDA for the past several years.  Prior to my position at C2DG, I had no prior exposure to the A|E|C field. My passion is people and business. More than anything, I love helping people move forward - where I help co-create and maintain a business we love.

Blending strategy, knowledge, positivity, and a make-it-happen mindset, I help our company move forward by asking tough questions, listening well, digging in and getting my hands dirty. I look for ways to reclaim our time that can be used in other ways - whether that is to reinvest in the business, to focus on income-generating activities or doing what we love outside of our business. Many of my responsibilities & roles are aimed towards the key facets of our organization including accounting, forecasting, HR, contract reviews, proposals, resource allocation & cost control, on & off boarding, training, operations management, marketing, business and strategic planning, development, finance, human resources, facilities, negotiations, project management and at times a professional cat herder 😊

I love exploring new ideas and solutions for continued improvement. I excel at cutting through the clutter, creating a clear path forward, and navigating through complex business environments by planning, implementation, process improvements, habits, productivity tools, cost reduction analysis and monitoring.
