Brian has over 15 years of experience in building envelope design, construction administration and litigation support. Over his career he managed a variety of new construction projects ranging from building envelope installations on mixed-use residential developments, commercial high rises and various capital improvement projects including, airport terminal expansion(s), roof replacement for government installations and hospitals. In addition, Brian has a decade of experience providing forensic investigations, building studies, design and management services to a wide range of clients including airports, nuclear power plants, government installations (including secure facilities). Brian’s specializes in overseeing the installation of complex building envelope systems including, below-grade waterproofing, podium waterproofing, windows and doors, cladding(s) and roofing systems. With a comprehensive knowledge base and a pragmatic approach to problem solving, Brian brings a wide range of skill sets to teams and projects.
